Batch Freezers

Carpigiani's technologically advanced batch freezers are designed and engineered to produce the perfect premium ice cream, gelato, sorbet, custard, sherbet, and/or water ice. Their automatic operation is simple and quick. Touch pad controls ensure outstanding results for beginners and experts alike. Cleanup is quick and easy, thanks to the built-in faucet and flexible hose. Available in 10 models, ranging from our single speed counter model to our two-speed Tru-2 machines, designed for ultimate performance and flexibility in making the widest range of products.

Mix Treatment

Our electronic equipment for the complete treatment of artisan ice cream mixes is the industry's preferred around the world. These machines are designed to prepare, heat, cool, preserve, age and transfer the mixes. There are 2 models available, with production capacities of 60 and 120 liters (16 and 32 gallons) of mix per cycle.

Our Agemaster storage machines were created to store or age your base mix until you are ready to use it in production. Agemaster are also an excellent solution for preparing cold base mix. They are available in 3 models, ranging from 60 to 120 liters (16 to 32 gallons) capacity.

Soft Serve Freezers

Carpigiani offers a complete selection of soft serve machines. You can choose one of the popular "twist" models, or a single flavor unit. Our compact counter models can mean big profits in small places. Soft Serve Freezer models range from a single flavor countertop to the floor model industry leader in production volume.

The simplicity of our touch pad controls makes all of our Soft Serve Freezers easy to operate, yet provides maximum control and flexibility of production.


Frozen Drink Machines

Our Frozen Drink machines are simple, reliable and easy to operate. Above all, they're flexible. You can use them to make smoothies, slush, frozen lemonade, frozen cocktails and shakes. An optional spindle mixer adds even more flexibility.


Granita Dispensers

Carpigiani's countertop dispensers are the fastest freezing machines in the industry. They are perfect for making granita, slush, smoothies, frozen cocktails, ice cappuccino, cold drinks, and more, and are available with 1, 2, and 3 bowl dispensers.

Our available new Autofill module enables you to convert any Granita model to an autofill for BIB application.


Hot Chocolate Machines

Our hot chocolate machines are designed to heat and mix many different kinds of drinks (tea, coffee, milk, mulled wine,etc.) and especially chocolate, in a way that ensures perfect smoothness and thickness every time. It cooks the chocolate using a baine-marie method, through a set of simple steps, producing an excellent product in just a few minutes.

Pastry Chef (Pastochef)

These newly redesigned confectionery machines are a must for professional pastry chefs. They blend, cook, heat, cool, age, and preserve over 100 modern sweets and pastry mix specialties. Among these, custards and cream for fillings, chocolate tempering for the production of assorted filled chocolates, confection of cakes, almonds, fruit jellies, ice-cream mix and shakes, béchamel and sauces.

The Pastry Chef comes in 3 different models with production capacities of 18, 32 and 55 liters (4.75, 8.5, and 14.5 gallons).


Whipped Topping Dispensers

Our Kwik Whippers are designed for restaurants, ice cream parlors, caterers, coffee shops, bakeries and more. They are easy to set up, and even easier to use. Simply plug into the wall, pour the desired liquid into the refrigerated mix tank, press a button, and there you have it! No cans, no propellants, and possible savings of up to 40% in food costs! An optional foot pedal is available for "hands free" operation.


Frozen Dessert Display Cabinet

Presentation is everything! Carpigiani offers an array of display cabinets, a great way to highlight your products. They are superior in quality and engineering, and efficient in operation.
